Did you know May 20th is Bike To Work Day?!

Biking is awesome for a lot of reasons. It's great for exercise, balance, and stress relief. You save the planet by opting out of a car ride and don't add to rush hour traffic (nor do you have to deal with it!). It's also much cheaper than owning/operating a car and you can essentially park anywhere!

Charlotte is an avid biker, and often rides her bicycle to her job in Baltimore. She loves decorating and bedazzling life, so she decked out her bike using a bunch of We Love Colors tights, shoe laces, and even gloves! How amazing does it look?

There are lots of ways you can decorate your bike. Our imperfect tights are a great colorful option, but you can also use paint chips, LED wire, and tassels. You can add a basket, crochet a bike seat, or add a snazzy bell! You can even decorate your helmet!

Shari Vilchez-Blatt is the creator of New York City's only yoga studio dedicated just to kids and families! They share yoga with infants through teenagers, and we think kids yoga is so much fun! Especially when you're in bright, colorful outfits!

They take yoga adventures to far away places, use music, songs, stories, puppets, games, activities and more to keep kids of all ages engaged and practicing yoga! Kids yoga is often loud, playful, exciting and calming - all at the same time! They even do glow-in-the-dark yoga classes, and lots of our tights shine bright in the black light!

Shari says it's been amazing to witness so many children of different backgrounds become more confident, focused and centered through the practice. She's grateful to witness them become stronger, more flexible, and have the tools to use to ease worry and anxiety in their lives.

Happy Earth Day! Earth Day is a great reminder to take care of this beautiful planet we live on, but we don't have to save all our environmental awareness for April 22nd!

Here are 10 ways you can celebrate Earth Day today and all year round:

1. Spend time outside in a park or forest
2. Do some guerrilla gardening
3. Pick up litter
4. Make arts and crafts out of recycled materials
5. Go paperless
6. Line dry your clothing (tights and all!)
7. Grow some vegetables and herbs in your own garden
8. Choose a reusable bottle over plastic water bottles
9. Visit a Farmer's Market and buy fresh, local food
10. Bike, walk, or use public transportation

Did you know January 25th is Bubble Wrap® Appreciation Day? We did! 

You can celebrate in all sorts of ways, but since Mary was having a Bubble Wrap® party in Baltimore, we decided to send her some white socks to decorate!

They used the Bubble Wrap® as a stamp by painting the puffy side of the bubbles with  fabric paint and then pressing the bubbles onto the socks, creating colorful and extremely unique patterns!

There were lots of other activities at the party, like stomping around with Bubble Wrap® on your feet, which can be done in extra style like Mary demonstrates with her Splash color tights.
